This page describes the terms and conditions by which the International Human Resources STO, herein referred to as the "Company", allows you to access and use the recruitment website iHR, herein referred to as the "Website". By using the Website, you, as a user, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated hereunto, do not use the Website.

Use of the Materials and the Website

The Company allows you to display and download a copy of the Material posted on the Website only for your own use and not for commercial purposes.

The Website shall be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking jobs, and employers seeking candidates.

Users shall agree not to use the Website for any of the following purposes:

- Posting incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate information about themselves in their resumes.

- Impersonating any person or institution.

- Posting or broadcasting any content you do not have the right to re-post or display.

- Posting any advertising or promotional materials, or online messages that are not related to the resumes.

- Performing any action which may cause unnecessary loading on the Website infrastructure.

- Attempting to decipher any of the programs forming the Website or part of it.

- Posting any illegal, unauthorized content that intimidates any person or entity, or any mal content such as viruses.

User Information

As part of your registration, you will be required to provide the Company with specific information about yourself including, without exception, your email address. The Company shall not disclose your name, address, email, or phone number without your prior consent.

Monitoring

If notified by a user of material which allegedly does not conform to these Terms and Conditions, the Company may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and at its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of that material. The Company shall preserve its right to:

- Expel users and prevent their further access to the Website for violating these Terms.

- Remove communication that is abusive, illegal, or disruptive.

- Take any necessary action with respect to a user-submitted material that the Company believes may create liability to the Company or cause a loss to the services (in whole or in part) received from its ISPs or other suppliers.

The Website may contain links to other websites provided by the Company for your own convenience. However, the Company does not endorse, and is not responsible for the contents of or the viruses sneaking through such websites. You will be liable for the risk of accessing such links.

Registration and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and password. The Company shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the unauthorized use of your registration or password.

The Company's Liability

The Website acts as an online platform for companies, and through which job seekers can post their resumes. The Company is not involved in the actual transactions between employers and candidates. Therefore, the Company has no control over the quality or legality of the resumes posted. Users shall, therefore, acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the form, content, and accuracy of any resume or material they post on the Website. Employers are solely responsible for their job postings on the Website.

The Company shall not make any warranties whatsoever, nor shall it be responsible for any job the user may obtain.

Termination and Equitable Relief

In the event of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit, the Company may, at its sole discretion, pursue all of its legal remedies, including, but not limited to, deletion of your postings from the Website, or immediate termination of your registration or ability to access the Website or any other service provided to you by the Company.

You understand and agree that, in addition to money damages, the Company will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of them by you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Payment and Cancelation

Services: Procurement of special services can be done through the Website.

Payment: The client shall pay all fees incurred before activating the services procured.

Cancelation and refund: Payments made through the cash payment feature are non-refundable regardless of the reason behind the termination of the contract.

Credit card information: Credit card information shall not be saved, sold, shared, or leased to any third party.

Miscellaneous

Validity of Terms and Conditions. A printed version of these Terms and Conditions shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement. You agree that the fact that these Terms and Conditions are in an electronic form does not affect in any way their validity or enforceability. You also agree that the clicking of the button (I accept) on the Website constitutes your valid and legal signature.
